Alpha II Omega Sports Performance has worked with high school, college and former semi-professional athletes. Our sports specific training programs evaluates each athlete in the following areas:
 
 
  • Anthropometrics (%body fat, girth measurements)
  • Power (vertical jump, standing broad jump, seated medicine ball toss)
  • Speed (20-yd, 40-yd dash)
  • Agility (t-test, pro agility test, Illinois Agility test drill)
  • Strength (bench press, pull-up test or push up for individuals under high school age level)
  • Flexibility (ROM testing, sit and reach test)
  • Endurance (sit-up test, shuttle run, suicide drill)
  • After baseline testing, a periodized strength and conditioning program specific to the demands of the sport is developed. Following 10-weeks of training a follow-up assessment is performed.

A II O Sports Performance has mastered the 30-minute personal training session and developed a special package called “The Busy Professional.” Because of our skill in directing you through a workout, you enjoy the benefit of an hour-long session…in half the time.

A II O Sports Performance has developed specialized programs to help you prepare for life’s most important events. Included in these special programs are “Down the Aisle, Alpha II Omega Sports Performance Style,” a training program for brides and grooms-to-be.
