Training camps


• ALL players must fill out a Raq Training waiver, cancellation policy form, equipment policy form, Raq Training agreement form, and registration form prior to starting their training program or 1st training session.

• One of our goals is to give you a unique, intense, and inspiring training experience. We strive to make you a more complete athlete while increasing your passion for the game and commitment to excellence. However, in order to see significant physical improvements in your game, training must be consistent and frequent. Getting in a random training session every so often certainly has its value, but really becomes more of a “teaching” session, rather than a “training” session. These are helpful if a player just wants to sharpen up, discuss a certain area/issue(s) they are having with their respective game, or is preparing for an event/try-out. With our 12 session, 16 session, 20 session, and yearly packages, you will not only receive extensive “teaching” but the “training” will provide remarkable physical benefits that 1-2 random sessions cannot.

Consultation sessions include, but are not limited to, program design, goal setting, nutrition analysis, supplemental mental training, career planning, and more!

Game Analysis: Let Alpha II Omega Sports Performance analyze every detail of your game! We will come to your field, watch you play with your team, and create an in-depth, detailed written match/ game analysis of your performance including a close look at your technique, your tactical awareness, your physical ability, as well as your mental toughness!

• 1 on 1 instruction

All training is customized to meet the player(s) needs, wants and goals; emphasis will be on improving all components including technical proficiency, tactical speed of play and decision making under pressure, finishing/attacking, defending intelligence, sport specific speed with and without the ball, agility, power, strength, speed endurance, work capacity, core strength and stabilization, balance, injury prevention, nutrition and mental toughness

Alpha II Omega Sports Performance offers customized, sport specific training programs that guarantee to take your game to a new level! Our training methodology is based on the concept that we must functionally train in a manner that replicates similar movements, patterns, and game like situations in order to achieve maximal growth. Regardless of the sport, at Alpha II Omega Sports Performance, we “Train movements, not muscles” (Vern Gambetta), and seek to put the athlete in an environment that simulates what he or she will face in a real game. Sport specific skill, sport specific athleticism (balance, speed, power, dynamic flexibility/suppleness, agility, speed endurance, work capacity, core strength), tactical understanding of the game, professionalism, nutrition analysis, mental toughness, injury prevention, goal setting/career planning, and most importantly, total enjoyment of the game, are just some of the components we strive to enhance on a daily basis.

Winter Academies

The Winter Program is designed according to individual/group ability with a heavy emphasis devoted to technical and physical development. Players in the program will gain confidence and composure on the ball through our intensive skills training, as well as understanding how to deal with pressure and develop tactics in small-sided games. Players will also become quicker and stronger through speed, agility, and strength exercises. All of this will be accomplished in a positive, safe, and fun environment.

Combine Camps-NEW!!!!

Let Alpha II Omega Sports Performance Raq Training come into your organization and perform testing for your athletes in the pre-season or post-season. The combine is designed to help athletes and coaches evaluate basic physical abilities needed for performance in most sports. The combine is a great opportunity to identify strengths and weaknesses, compare performance against peers, and HAVE FUN!

Event Information
Each athlete will be tested in acceleration, speed, agility, power and strength.

Schedule of Events
We ask that you arrive by 8:00am to check-in at the registration table, You will have 30 minutes to warm-up once you receive your flight # and testing sheet at check-in. Explanation of each test station will take place in the field house at 8:30am. Testing will begin at 9:00am.

Day of Event
A signed consent form must be turned in when you arrive. Coaches must remain in the warm-up area while testing is taking place. Participation in each event is voluntary. Athletes may choose to omit any test.

RAQ BOOT CAMPS

RAQ Boot Camp is a women's only boot camp program of fitness instruction, nutritional education and team motivation. Exercises include: calisthenics, short distance running/walking, body weight resistance training, weight training, jump roping, crunches, obstacle courses, PAR courses, hill running/walking, hiking, agility and power drills, sports drills, medicine ball work, stair climbing, partner drills, surprises and much more.
